Kingsland Bungalow Renovation

The Concept Design of a small bungalow renovation located in Kingsland. The project focuses on improving the practicality of the main rooms, without major structural work and establish a stronger connection to the back garden. It includes built-in furniture that pays homage to the art deco style, reflecting the owner's personal taste in home decoration. The front façade features a kowhai-inspired stained glass motif and a corten steel balustrade.
